Complaints
We pride ourselves on our work and customer satisfaction. If there is anything that you are unhappy with please contact us via email and we would be more than happy to help resolve it. When the job is complete, customers have a 12 month warranty with us. This means that if anything happens to go wrong, we will come back and fix it providing it is not the fault of the customer.

Our Rights
We have the right to refuse to fix any issues once the job is complete if we feel it is not within our responsibility to do so. Customers should be aware that our work is outdoors, therefore the natural elements will cause weathering and discolouration - we cannot be held responsible for this.

Your Rights
We offer a 'no-obligation' FREE quotation service - customers have the right to get a quoted price for the work they want completing and they are within their rights to choose to use our service or not. Quotations are 100% accurate, you pay what the quote says. However, any additional work added on during the waiting time or whilst we are carrying out the work will be quoted and charged additionally.

Times & Breaks
We start work around 08:30am, please allow time for traffic / road incidents - especially if you live outside of Coventry. We finish work at around 17:00, sometimes this can be earlier if there is nothing more that can be done that day. We usually take two 30 minute breaks during the day.

Privacy Policy
We never share your address or additional information with anybody. We appreciate that security is a very personal matter and respect our customers privacy at all times. You can read our Privacy Policy here.

Health and Safety Policy
Whilst we attempt to keep everybody as safe and free from harm as possible, accidents do happen. We do have Public Liability Insurance should an accident occur. You can read more of our Health and Safety Policy here.

Photographs & Social Media
We often take photographs of our work and post them to our website and social media pages. Whilst we do make every effort to not include car registration plates, door numbers and other various personal identifiers - sometimes mistakes happen. If you are unhappy with a photo that has been posted online of your property, please contact us straight away so we can sort this out for you. Materials / Delivery Services
We use other companies to get access to materials., Sometimes, these materials are late being delivered or are damaged during delivery. We will handle any issues with damaged materials and they are usually replaced by the company providing them. If we break any materials such as slabs - this is our responsibility to replace - not yours.
